How do I create a customer account?

If you are a new customer, please complete the registration form and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to begin the setup process. 

How do I get an account login? 

Existing customers should submit an account request form and we will provide login credentials within 24 hours.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, if an order is over $350 USD, we will pick up the cost of shipping your items to you anywhere in the USA. For Domestic and Canada we ship PPD for single shipment point, our routing, FOB destination. International, we ship FAS Port of Shipment.

What is your return and refund policy?

Up to 6 months. All product returns must have prior authorization.

Products returned due to defects may be returned for full credit if return is requested within 6 months of purchase date. No return authorization will be given for product after 6 months from date of purchase. Credit will also be issued for any returns due to errors by AccuTec Inc., the credit request must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Return authorization is valid for 45 days from date of issuance, if received after 45 days from date of issuance, no credit will be given. Proof of purchase is required in all instances. All products will be subject to inspection after return receipt before credit will be issued.
