How do I create a customer account?
If you are a new customer, please complete the registration form and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to begin the setup process.
How do I get an account login?
Existing customers should submit an account request form and we will provide login credentials within 24 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, if an order is over $350 USD, we will pick up the cost of shipping your items to you anywhere in the USA. For Domestic and Canada we ship PPD for single shipment point, our routing, FOB destination. International, we ship FAS Port of Shipment.
What is your return and refund policy?
Up to 6 months. All product returns must have prior authorization.
AccuTec Inc. accepts returns for defective products and issues full credit when you submit a return request within 6 months of the purchase date. We do not authorize returns beyond this 6-month window.
If AccuTec makes an error in your shipment, you must request a credit within 14 days of receiving the order. We will issue credit promptly for verified errors.
Return authorizations remain valid for 45 days from the issue date. If we receive the returned product after this period, we will not issue credit.
You must include proof of purchase with all returns. Our team will inspect all returned products upon receipt before processing any credit.
